1/2 cups idly rice
1/2 cups toor daal
1/2 cups channa daal
1/4 cups moong daal
5 nos red chillies
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
2 cups bottle gourd,cubed
1 tsp salt
2 sprig curry leaves
1 sprig coriander leaves
Directions
Wash and soak the rice,dals,red chillies,fennel seeds together for 2 hours
Grind it along with the cubed bottle gourd and salt into a course consistency
Collect it in a container and add little water to adjust to dosa batter consistency
No need of fermentation
Prepare the adais like dosas with gingelly oil
Serve hot with butter/ jaggery or hot spicy chutneys
