Ingredients
Serves 4
Wheat flour 1 cups
Rava 1/4 cups
Maida 1/4 cups
Rice flour 1 tbsp
Cardamon powder 1 pinch
Grated coconut 1/4 cups
Smashed banana 1 nos
Cashew 10 nos
Salt 1 pinch
Jaggery 3/4 cups
Water ,required amount to bring it to the right consistency. 1 cups
Directions
Boil Jaggery With Water And Keep It Aside. Let It Boil, Jaggery Must Dissolve And Let It Cool Down.
Now To A Bowl Bring In Wheat Flour , Maida , Rice Flour, Rava And Salt.
Now To This Add The Jaggery Solution ( Run Through A Sieve ). Mix To Get Dosa Batter Consistency .
If The Jaggery Solution Is Not Enough Add Some Water To Bring The Correct Consistency.
To This Add Coconut Grated , Cardamon Powder And Broken Cashew.
Now Let It Rest For 3 Hours. Add Smashed Banana Jus Before You Prepare. Prepare This As Usual In Appe Pan.
Note : This Appe Is Very Soft Even After It's Cool. It Can Be Keep For 2 Days. Since Coconut Is Added It Will Tend To Spoil In 2 Days. Prefer To Add Freshly Grated Coconut. Less Rice Flour Will Make It More Soft. The Appe Cup Must Have 3/4 Of Oil Before The Batter Is Poured. This Is To Avoid The Appe From Getting Burnt.
