Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 4 nos turmeric grated


  • 1 tbsp jaggery


  • 1 tsp cumin


  • 1/2 cups freshly grated coconut


  • 2 nos green chilli


  • 4 cups butter milk


  • 1 tsp oil for roasting


  • 1 tsp vegetable oil for tempering


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seed


  • 10 nos few curry leaves


  • 1 nos red chilli

Directions

  • Place your kadhai add oil
  • Let it heat,once heated add grated turmeric and sauté for 2 mins
  • Then add cumin and sauté for 1minute
  • Add green chilli and grated coconut n jaggery saute for 1min
  • Let everything cool down
  • Blend all above mentioned ingridents
  • And now take a mixing bowl with Butter milk
  • Add the blended mixture and give it a good mix
  • Add salt to taste
  • Place fry pan and add oil ,once heated
  • Add mustard n let it crackle
  • Now add curry leaves n red chilli
  • Add the tempring to the mixture
  • Give it a nice mix
  • Your kachi haldi ki kadhi is ready to serve
