Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cups flour


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 1/2 cups peas paste


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 2 cups oil


  • 250 gms boiled potato


  • 2 nos chopped onion,big


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 nos chopped tomato


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 3 tsp kashmiri chilli powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 5 tsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • Make a dough of flour, salt & warm water.Cover it & keep aside.
  • Heat 1 tspn oil, add chopped onion.Fry it for few mins.
  • Add peas paste, cumin powder & salt.Cook it for 5 to 7 mins.
  • Now make small poori from dough.Put 1tspn peas mixture in it , cover it & roll it.
  • Heat enough oil in a kadhai & deep fry the pooris.
  • Now again heat oil in a different pan.Add chopped onion, tomato & ginger garlic paste .Fry it for few mins.
  • Prick the potatoes with a fork so that all spices can be covered & add it to pan.
  • Add all spices & 2glass of hot water.
  • Cover it & let it cook for 10 to 15 mins.
  • After that add garam masala & coriander leaves.
  • Adjust salt & gravy & switch off the gas.
  • Serve it with hot peas pooris.
