Ingredients

  • Flour 2 cups

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Peas Paste 1 1/2 cups

  • chopped onion 1 nos

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Oil 2 cups

  • Boiled Potato 250 gms

  • Chopped Onion,big 2 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • chopped tomato 1 nos

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Kashmiri Chilli Powder 3 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1 tsp

  • Coriander Leaves 5 tsp

Directions

    Make a dough of flour, salt & warm water.Cover it & keep aside.

    Heat 1 tspn oil, add chopped onion.Fry it for few mins.

    Add peas paste, cumin powder & salt.Cook it for 5 to 7 mins.

    Now make small poori from dough.Put 1tspn peas mixture in it , cover it & roll it.

    Heat enough oil in a kadhai & deep fry the pooris.

    Now again heat oil in a different pan.Add chopped onion, tomato & ginger garlic paste .Fry it for few mins.

    Prick the potatoes with a fork so that all spices can be covered & add it to pan.

    Add all spices & 2glass of hot water.

  • 09

    Cover it & let it cook for 10 to 15 mins.

    After that add garam masala & coriander leaves.

    Adjust salt & gravy & switch off the gas.

    Serve it with hot peas pooris.
