Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 100 gms thick yogurt


  • 1 cups fresh mango pulp (one mango is enough)


  • 1 tsp honey (you can add more as per your taste)


  • 2 tsp oats


  • 2 tsp crushed walnuts


  • 6-8 nos cashews(cut in halves)


  • 9-10 nos raisins

Directions

  • Take a bowl and add mango pulp in it.
  • Now add thick yogurt in the mango pulp.
  • Add honey and go for a smooth blend.
  • When the yogurt,mango and honey are mashed up properly,then pour this smoothie in a bowl.
  • keep this bowl in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  • Now take a wok and your add your oats in it.
  • Roast the oats for 5 to 7 minutes,till it starts changing its color from white to little brown and keep it aside.
  • Take out the smoothie bowl and sprinkle roasted oats on the top.
  • Sprinkle some raisins and cashews also.
  • Your oatmeal smoothie bowl is ready to relish.
