Ingredients

Serves 2

  • thick yogurt 100 gms

  • Fresh mango pulp (one mango is enough) 1 cups

  • Honey (you can add more as per your taste) 1 tsp

  • Oats 2 tsp

  • Crushed Walnuts 2 tsp

  • Cashews(cut in halves) 6-8 nos

  • Raisins 9-10 nos

Directions

    Take a bowl and add mango pulp in it.

    Now add thick yogurt in the mango pulp.

    Add honey and go for a smooth blend.

  • 04

    When the yogurt,mango and honey are mashed up properly,then pour this smoothie in a bowl.

    keep this bowl in fridge for at least 15 minutes.

    Now take a wok and your add your oats in it.

    Roast the oats for 5 to 7 minutes,till it starts changing its color from white to little brown and keep it aside.

    Take out the smoothie bowl and sprinkle roasted oats on the top.

    Sprinkle some raisins and cashews also.

    Your oatmeal smoothie bowl is ready to relish.
