Ingredients

  • For base: rice ( soak in water for 2 hours) 3 tbsp

  • moong dal 1 tbsp

  • moong dal( soak in water in for 2 hours) 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Eno fruit 1 nos

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • For filling:boiled moong sprouts 1/2 cups

  • grated paneer 50 gms

  • onion 1 nos

  • chopped tomato 1 nos

  • pav bhaji masala 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Red chilli pwr 1/2 tsp

  • For tadka:mustered seeds 1 tsp

  • curry leaves 10 nos

  • oil 1 tbsp

Directions

    Mix All Ingredients Of Stuffing Properly.

    Now Grind Rice And Moong Dal Together And Add Water, Salt And Eno To Make A Fine Thick Paste.

    Now Add Oil In A Pan And Put 1 Tbsp Of The Mixture To Make A Small Chilla. Spread 1 Tsp Of The Mix On That Chilla.

    Now Cover The Mixture And Add Coriander Leaves, Tomato, Onion And Kari Patta.

    Use Oil To Cook Both Sides Till It Is Crisp. Serve Hot With Chutney.
