Ingredients

  • Wheat flour 3/4 cups

  • Jeera 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp

  • Curd 1 cups

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • For chilla mix green vegetables leaves 2 tbsp

  • chopped green chilli 3/4 nos

  • Coriender leaves 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1/2 nos

  • Besan 2 tbsp

  • For topping: tomato chopped 1 nos

  • beans chopped 7-8 nos

  • grated cheese 2 tbsp

Directions

    Other Than Oil, Mix All Ingredients For Roti And Make A Dough.

    Heat A Tava And Make Small Roti. Spread Chila Mix On The Roti And Add Topping On Top Of It.

    Use Oil And Cook From Both Sides. Green Chilla Roti Is Ready. Serve Hot.
