Ingredients

  • 1 nos apple chopped


  • 1/2 cups cooked quinoa


  • 2 cups milk


  • 1 tbsp jaggery (grated)


  • 1 pinch cinnamon


  • 1 tsp honey for drizzle


  • 1/2 cups ice cubes/crushed ice

Directions

  • Add all ingredients except honey in a blender and churn to perfection.
  • Drizzle honey on the side walls of a chilled serving glass and pour the quinoa shake.
  • Season with cinnamon powder and enjoy endlessly.
