1 nos apple chopped
1/2 cups cooked quinoa
2 cups milk
1 tbsp jaggery (grated)
1 pinch cinnamon
1 tsp honey for drizzle
1/2 cups ice cubes/crushed ice
Directions
Add all ingredients except honey in a blender and churn to perfection.
Drizzle honey on the side walls of a chilled serving glass and pour the quinoa shake.
Season with cinnamon powder and enjoy endlessly.
