Boil two cups of water in a pan.

Add One Cup Washed Quinoa To The Boiling Water . Let It Cook For 5-6 Minutes.
You Can See Rings In The Quinoa Seeds Once It's Cooked.
Add Chopped Sweet Peppers, Parsley ,Onion To The Cooked Quinoa And Mix It Slowly.
Season With Lemon Juice And Salt To Taste
