Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups quinoa


  • 2 cups water


  • 4 nos sweet peppers


  • 1/4 cups parsley ,chopped


  • 1 nos onion


  • 4 nos crushed garlic pods


  • 2 nos lemon juice


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Directions

  • Boil two cups of water in a pan.
  • Add Salt To Taste, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder And Crushed Garlic To The Water.
  • Add One Cup Washed Quinoa To The Boiling Water . Let It Cook For 5-6 Minutes.
  • You Can See Rings In The Quinoa Seeds Once It's Cooked.
  • Add Chopped Sweet Peppers, Parsley ,Onion To The Cooked Quinoa And Mix It Slowly.
  • Season With Lemon Juice And Salt To Taste
