For creamcheese: Milk 2 litre
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Yogurt 1/2 cups
For crust:Oats digestive biscuit packet 1 nos
Honet 2 tbsp
Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
For the filling:creamcheese 250 gms
Hung Yogurt 1 cups
Strawberries 10-15 nos
Honey 2 tbsp
Gelatine 3 tbsp
For the jelly: stawberries 10-12 nos
Gelatine 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
First of all prepare the healthy creamcheese by curdling 2 litres milk and squeezing the milk in muslin cloth. Remove the liquid in paneer by keeping weight on it
When cooled, grind it in a smooth paste and then add yogurt till its very smooth.
Again place in muslin cloth and keep in fridge for 6 7 hours or overnight
Prepare the crust by grinding oats biscuits,butter,honey,cocoa powder and pressing in a springform pan. Freeze until firm
Make filling by mixing creamcheese, yogurt and strawberries. Add strawberries to ur taste as to how sweet you want. Add little honey. Be careful not to overmix.
Bloom gelatine in some water and mix it well in the filling mixture
Pour over the crust
freeze 6 7hours or overnight.
Prepare strawberry jelly by heating some strawberries with sugar till they are soft and start oozing out their liquids. Bloom gelatine and add in the mixture.
Blend using handblender
Pour over the completely set cheesecake mixture. And garnish with strawberries on top.
