Heat a saucepan with little butter. Then add the garlic and saute till it smells.
Then add the chopped spring onions and the green peas.
Saute and add the salt, pepper powder and cook on a low flame for few minutes with the lid on.
Then add about 1 cup of water and let this boil for 7-8 minutes.
Switch off the flame and let this cool a bit, blend this mixture in a blender and pour the mix back into the sauce pan.
Boil the soup again, check for seasoning and serve hot with some drizzle of cream, a sprig of mint and some cheese croutons.
