Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 nos chicken breast boiled and shredded


  • 1 cups oats


  • 2 cups chicken stock


  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour


  • 1 nos small chopped onion


  • `1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 nos spring onion,chopped


  • 1 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 1/3 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp cooking oil

Directions

  • Superb delicious awesome healthy recipe.
  • Heat oil in pan, splutter cumin seeds and saute onion in it for minute.
  • Add shredded chicken n saute for minute.
  • Add salt n black pepper powder mix n cook for few seconds.
  • Add all purpose flour n little chicken stock (in which chicken boiled). Stir continuously and then pour 1&1/2 cups chicken stock n mix.
  • Add oats n cook for 3minutes on low flame.
  • Add some spring onion n chicken oats porridge ready to serve.
  • Njoy this chicken oats porridge in lunch or in dinner.
