Chicken breast boiled and shredded 1 nos
Oats 1 cups
Chicken Stock 2 cups
All Purpose Flour 1 tbsp
Small Chopped Onion 1 nos
Cumin Seeds `1/2 tsp
Spring Onion,chopped 1 nos
Salt or as per taste 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/3 tsp
Cooking Oil 1 tsp
Directions
Superb delicious awesome healthy recipe.
Heat oil in pan, splutter cumin seeds and saute onion in it for minute.
Add shredded chicken n saute for minute.
Add salt n black pepper powder mix n cook for few seconds.
Add all purpose flour n little chicken stock (in which chicken boiled). Stir continuously and then pour 1&1/2 cups chicken stock n mix.
Add oats n cook for 3minutes on low flame.
Add some spring onion n chicken oats porridge ready to serve.
Njoy this chicken oats porridge in lunch or in dinner.
