  • Rice 2 tbsp

  • Chicken Stock 2 cups

  • Chicken Breast Pieces 150 gms

  • Spring Onion,chopped 1 nos

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/3 tsp

  • Cooking Oil 1 tsp

    Looking for healthy soup so this is the best recipe. This super easy yet heartwarming soup.

    Soak rice for 4hours and after that drain extra water. Grind 1/2 soaked rice into fine paste. I m not going to use cornstarch.

    Heat oil in deep sauce pan add spring onion and saute it for 2minutes on low flame.

    Add chicken pieces and cook for 5minutes on medium flame or till it done.

    Add salt n black pepper powder, mix it well.

    Add soaked rice and stir for minute.

    Add chicken stock and rice paste which we prepared earlier. cover the lid and cook it for 3minutes on low flame or till rice cooked well.

    Garnish with spring onion and serve hot
