  • 2 tbsp rice


  • 2 cups chicken stock


  • 150 gms chicken breast pieces


  • 1 nos spring onion,chopped


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/3 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp cooking oil

Directions

  • Looking for healthy soup so this is the best recipe. This super easy yet heartwarming soup.
  • Soak rice for 4hours and after that drain extra water. Grind 1/2 soaked rice into fine paste. I m not going to use cornstarch.
  • Heat oil in deep sauce pan add spring onion and saute it for 2minutes on low flame.
  • Add chicken pieces and cook for 5minutes on medium flame or till it done.
  • Add salt n black pepper powder, mix it well.
  • Add soaked rice and stir for minute.
  • Add chicken stock and rice paste which we prepared earlier. cover the lid and cook it for 3minutes on low flame or till rice cooked well.
  • Garnish with spring onion and serve hot
