Boil potato & scoop out the flesh of it
Coarsely grind the boiled liver bean( rajma) with green chilli
Make a paste of onion-ginger-garlic & keep aside.
Make a paste of cashew nuts & keep aside
Heat oil, add 2tspn onion ginger garlic paste.Add salt & 1tspn lemon juice.Fry it for few mins.
Mix rajma & scooped out mashed potato & make a mixture.
Now fill the potato shell with the mixture.
Heat oil again & fry the potato shell from all sides.Take out from oil.
Add gravy mixture in the same oil & fry it for few mins.
Add salt , turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder & sugar.
Add cashew paste.& mix it well.
When the gravy will start to leave the sides of the pan add filled potato & mix it well.
Add 1 cup hot milk, cover it & cook it well.
Adjust salt & gravy & switch off the flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves & serve it with roti, naan or parantha.
