Ingredients

  • Full Fat Milk 1 litre

  • Vinegar 1 tsp

  • Semolina 1 tsp

  • Nolen Gur(Date Palm jaggery) 2 cups

    Boil milk.When it will start to leave bubble switch off the flame.

    Make it cool for 5 mins in room temperature & then add vinegar to make cuddle.

    Drain excess water from paneer .

  • 04

    After half an hour mash the paneer very well.

    Add semolina with paneer & make a soft dough of it.

    Now take some portion from the dough & add red colour.

    Make mini balls.

    Now take a portion from white dough, put 1 small red ball inside it & cover it well.

    Make all the rasgullas like this.

    Boil jaggery with 3 cup water.

    When it will start to leave bubble ,gently add rasgullas one after another.

    Cover it with lid & boil it in high for 20 mins.

    After 20 mins switch off the flame & transfer it to another bowl.

    Serve it cool for better taste.
