  • 1 litre full fat milk

  • 1 tsp vinegar

  • 1 tsp semolina

  • 2 cups nolen gur(date palm jaggery)


  • Boil milk.When it will start to leave bubble switch off the flame.
  • Make it cool for 5 mins in room temperature & then add vinegar to make cuddle.
  • Drain excess water from paneer .
  • After half an hour mash the paneer very well.
  • Add semolina with paneer & make a soft dough of it.
  • Now take some portion from the dough & add red colour.
  • Make mini balls.
  • Now take a portion from white dough, put 1 small red ball inside it & cover it well.
  • Make all the rasgullas like this.
  • Boil jaggery with 3 cup water.
  • When it will start to leave bubble ,gently add rasgullas one after another.
  • Cover it with lid & boil it in high for 20 mins.
  • After 20 mins switch off the flame & transfer it to another bowl.
  • Serve it cool for better taste.
