Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cups basmati rice


  • 1 bowls mix veggies(peas,carrot,capsicum,beans etc.)


  • 1 bowls paneer cube


  • 1 nos fried onion


  • 1 tsp onion paste


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp curd


  • 1 cups milk


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 cups cashewnuts


  • 1/2 cups raisin


  • 1 cups ghee


  • 1 inch cinnamon srick


  • 5 nos cloves


  • 3 nos green cardamom


  • 1 nos star anise


  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder


  • 5 tsp sahi biryani masala


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder

Directions

  • Boil the vegetables with salt & turmeric powder.
  • Boil rice with cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom & star anise.
  • Fry onion & keep aside.
  • Fry raisin & cashew nuts in ghee & keep aside.
  • Fry onion ginger garlic paste in the same ghee.
  • Add cashew paste , cinnamon stick-cloves-green cardamom paste & fry it well.
  • Add all spices & curd (blend it well before mixing).
  • Add boiled veggies, fried paneer cubes & milk.
  • Cover it & cook it well.
  • Finally add garam masala powder.
  • When the gravy is adjust add rice on the top of the vegetables.
  • Spread ghee & fried onion on the top of the rice.
  • Cover it & cook it in low flame for 10 mins
  • After 10 mins switch off the flame & mix it.
  • Now transfer the biryani in a plate & enjoy with your family.
