Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Basmati Rice 2 cups

  • Mix Veggies(peas,carrot,capsicum,beans etc.) 1 bowls

  • Paneer Cube 1 bowls

  • Fried onion 1 nos

  • Onion Paste 1 tsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Curd 1 tsp

  • Milk 1 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder 2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Cashewnuts 1 cups

  • Raisin 1/2 cups

  • Ghee 1 cups

  • Cinnamon Srick 1 inch

  • Cloves 5 nos

  • Green Cardamom 3 nos

  • Star Anise 1 nos

  • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • Sahi Biryani Masala 5 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Boil the vegetables with salt & turmeric powder.

    Boil rice with cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom & star anise.

    Fry onion & keep aside.

  • 04

    Fry raisin & cashew nuts in ghee & keep aside.

  • 05

    Fry onion ginger garlic paste in the same ghee.

    Add cashew paste , cinnamon stick-cloves-green cardamom paste & fry it well.

    Add all spices & curd (blend it well before mixing).

    Add boiled veggies, fried paneer cubes & milk.

    Cover it & cook it well.

    Finally add garam masala powder.

    When the gravy is adjust add rice on the top of the vegetables.

    Spread ghee & fried onion on the top of the rice.

    Cover it & cook it in low flame for 10 mins

  • 14

    After 10 mins switch off the flame & mix it.

  • 15

    Now transfer the biryani in a plate & enjoy with your family.
