Bhindi 500 gms
Chili Powder 1 1/2 tbsp
Dhaniya Powder 1/2 tbsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
Garam Masala 1/2 tbsp
Oil 5 tbsp
Water 1/2 cups
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Wash and clean bhindi.Cut them to 1 inch length.
Now heat oil in a pan .Add the cut bhindi to oil.Saute them well until the stickyness is off.Now once they are clear add chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder , garam masala , salt and water.Mix well and leave in slow flame .Keep stirring to avoid getting burnt.The oil will seperate and the bhindi will turn thin and dark in colour.Now when they are tasted , its crisp n crunch soft.By then remove of flame .Serve hot with any kinda rice or chapati.
Now Once They Are Clear Add Chilli Powder, Dhaniya Powder, Turmeric Powder , Garam Masala , Salt And Water.
Mix Well And Leave In Slow Flame . Keep Stirring To Avoid Getting Burnt.
The Oil Will Seperate And The Bhindi Will Turn Thin And Dark In Colour.
Now When They Are Tasted , Its Crisp N Crunch Soft. By Then Remove Of Flame .
Serve Hot With Any Kinda Rice Or Chapati.
