Ingredients

  • Quinoa Flour 3 tsp

  • Olive Oil 2 tsp

  • Medium Onions,chopped 1 nos

  • Carrots,peeled and chopped 1 nos

  • Garlic Cloves,chopped 3 nos

  • Ground Cumin 1 tsp

  • Ground Coriander 1/2 tsp

  • Ground Ginger 1/4 tsp

  • Green Chilli,chopped 1 nos

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper 1/4 tsp

  • Chilli Flakes 1/4 tsp

  • Water 1 cups

    Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat.

    Add onion and garlic and saute 8 to 10 minutes or until beginning to soften.

    Add cumin, coriander and ginger and cook 1 minute more.

    Add water to it and let it boil.

    On other side add quinoa flour to half glass of water mix well without lumps and add this to water content on stove.

    Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes till it is cooked.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Take it into serving bowl and add sauted carrot pieces,Chilli and flakes.

    That's it hot hot quinoa chilli soup is ready.
