Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3 tsp quinoa flour


  • 2 tsp olive oil


  • 1 nos medium onions,chopped


  • 1 nos carrots,peeled and chopped


  • 3 nos garlic cloves,chopped


  • 1 tsp ground cumin


  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander


  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger


  • 1 nos green chilli,chopped


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1 cups water

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat.
  • Add onion and garlic and saute 8 to 10 minutes or until beginning to soften.
  • Add cumin, coriander and ginger and cook 1 minute more.
  • Add water to it and let it boil.
  • On other side add quinoa flour to half glass of water mix well without lumps and add this to water content on stove.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes till it is cooked.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Take it into serving bowl and add sauted carrot pieces,Chilli and flakes.
  • That's it hot hot quinoa chilli soup is ready.
