Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Brown Bread 8 nos


  • Oats 1 tbsp


  • Powder Sugar 1 tbsp


  • Milk powder 2 tbsp


  • Crumbled paneer 2 tbsp


  • Milk 1/2 cups


  • Chopped Mix Dry Fruits 1 tbsp


  • Cardamom powder 1-2 pinches

Directions

  • First of all dry roast oats on low heat for some time and keep aside
  • In a mixing bowl take roasted oats, powder sugar, milk powder, cardamom powder, crumbled Paneer and chopped dry fruits , mix well amd keep ready stuffing for puffs
  • Remove sides of bread and moist them little by Sprinkling little milk
  • Now roll out each bread slice with rolling pin
  • Place sufficient amount of ready stuffing and carefully fold the bread slice
  • Seal all the open ends of bread slices
  • By the time Preheat oven
  • Like wise prepare each bread puff by placing stuffing, folding and sealing it's ends
  • Place all ready puffs on baking tray
  • Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes on 200 degrees till golden brown on top and crips ..keep checking in between
  • Baked Paneer puffs are ready to serve , tastes equally awesome hot or cold .. enjoy with family n friends .. this oil free ghee free delicious sweet
