Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Brown Bread 8 nos

  • Oats 1 tbsp

  • Powder Sugar 1 tbsp

  • Milk powder 2 tbsp

  • Crumbled paneer 2 tbsp

  • Milk 1/2 cups

  • Chopped Mix Dry Fruits 1 tbsp

  • Cardamom powder 1-2 pinches

Directions

    First of all dry roast oats on low heat for some time and keep aside

    In a mixing bowl take roasted oats, powder sugar, milk powder, cardamom powder, crumbled Paneer and chopped dry fruits , mix well amd keep ready stuffing for puffs

    Remove sides of bread and moist them little by Sprinkling little milk

    Now roll out each bread slice with rolling pin

  • 05

    Place sufficient amount of ready stuffing and carefully fold the bread slice

    Seal all the open ends of bread slices

    By the time Preheat oven

    Like wise prepare each bread puff by placing stuffing, folding and sealing it's ends

    Place all ready puffs on baking tray

  • 10

    Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes on 200 degrees till golden brown on top and crips ..keep checking in between

    Baked Paneer puffs are ready to serve , tastes equally awesome hot or cold .. enjoy with family n friends .. this oil free ghee free delicious sweet
