Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Fish(I have used Neymeen / seer fish ) 6 piece

  • Ginger garlic green chilli,crushed 1 tbsp

  • Shallots/Pearl Onion,crushed 3-4 nos

  • turmeric powder 3/4 tsp

  • Red chili Powder 2 tsp

  • Pepper Powder 1 tsp

  • fish masala 1 tsp

  • Curry Leaves Strands 3-4 nos

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • Coconut Oil 1/2 cups

Directions

    Make a paste using all the dry spice powders, salt, crushed shallots and little water.

    Marinate the fish pieces with this paste.

  • 03

    Keep it covered for 15 mins.

  • 04

    Heat oil in a pan. Layer it with curry leaves strands.

  • 05

    Place the fish pieces on top of the curry leaves.

  • 06

    Cook both the sides on medium flame till it becomes light brown and crisp.

  • 07

    Serve with chopped onions and tomatoes.
