Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Onions(finely chopped) 2 nos

  • Tomato(finely chopped) 2 nos

  • Shallots 10 nos

  • Pepper 1/4 tsp

  • ginger 1/2 tsp

  • garlic 1/2 tsp

  • Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Dhaniya Powder 3/4 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • Mushroom (fresh) Pack 4 nos

  • Oil 4 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

    Preparation :Saute shallots and pepper in 1 tbsp of oil .Let them cook to get soft .Cool down and grind to paste.Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a pan.Add the onions , tomatoes and ginger garlic paste .Cook them till the oil separates.Now add the mushroom ( wash and add).To this add the shallot and pepper paste.Mix and add Chilli powder, dhaniya Powder , turmeric powder , garam masala and salt.Mix it and leave it low flame.Let it thicken.The liquidity will reduce to semi thick gravy.By then remove off flame and add freshly chopped coriander.Serve hot with Dosa , Idly , Chapthi or any Indian Bread.Cleaning of mushroom :Prefer fresh pack.Make each mushroom into four piece.Remove gills if they appear dark gray in colour.
