Ingredients

  • Raw Rice 1 cups

  • Moong Dal 1/2 cups

  • Water 3 1/2 cups

  • Jaggery 3/4 cups

  • Cardamom Powder 1 pinch

  • Cashews 7 nos

  • Ghee 4 tbsp

  • Honey 1 cups

Directions

    Wash rice and dal together and soak in the appropriate amount of water.

    Then Cook Cooker For 3 Vissle And 5 Minutes In Slow Flame

    Mean Time ..Prepare Jaggery Solution.... Add Water To Immerse Jaggery.... Not More Than That...

    Heat To Dissolve... Filter And Keep Aside.

    Open Cooker ...Smash Rice And Dal Inside.....Then Addhoney And Jaggery Solution ...Mix Well

    Again Cook For One Vissle.... Now Heat A Kadai.

    Add Ghee ...When It Dissolves....Add Cashew... Wait Till Golden Brown

    Add To The Pongal Prepared.....Add Cardamom Powder .....Mix Well And Serve Hot. Happy Pongal
