Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 4 nos eggs


  • 1 cups multigrain wheat


  • 1/2 cups flour


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1 nos chopped cucumber


  • 3 nos chopped green chilli


  • 5 tsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 5 tsp tomato sauce


  • 2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp black salt


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 2 nos butter cube

Directions

  • Make a dough of wheat, flour, salt , oil & water.
  • Make a mixture of broken egg, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder .
  • Now take a small portion from the dough & roll a round.
  • Heat butter , add egg mixture & gently swirl so that it spread.
  • Cook the egg for few second & then place the chapati on the top of it.
  • Let it cook for few mins & then flip to cook other side.
  • Transfer it to a plate.Add chopped onion, cucumber, green chilli & coriander leaves.
  • Add lemon juice & tomato sauce.
  • Roll it with a paper & serve it.
