Ingredients

  • Frozen Banana 1 nos

  • Milk 230 ml

  • Almonds 7 nos

  • Pistachios 7 nos

  • Walnuts 6 nos

  • Dates 8 nos

  • Mixed and crushed dryfruits for garnishing 1 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Combine 1/2 glass milk with all the ingredients and blend until mushy

  • 02

    Add remaining 1/2 glass milk till the entire mixture is smooth, creamy and frothy

  • 03

    Pour it in a serving glass and garnish with the crushed dryfruits

  • 04

    Serve immediately
