Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 nos frozen banana


  • 230 ml milk


  • 7 nos almonds


  • 7 nos pistachios


  • 6 nos walnuts


  • 8 nos dates


  • 1 tsp mixed and crushed dryfruits for garnishing

Directions

  • Combine 1/2 glass milk with all the ingredients and blend until mushy
  • Add remaining 1/2 glass milk till the entire mixture is smooth, creamy and frothy
  • Pour it in a serving glass and garnish with the crushed dryfruits
  • Serve immediately
