Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Cooked Pasta 2 cups

  • Medium Size Onion 1 nos

  • Red Capsicum 1/2 nos

  • Lettuce Leaves 5-6 nos

  • Medium Size Tomato 1 nos

  • Cottage Cheese 50 gms

  • Crushed Walnuts 5-6 nos

  • Flax Seeds 1 tbsp

  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp

  • Salt and peppers( more or less as per taste ) 2 tsp

  • Red Paprika Sachet and Italian Seasoning 1 nos

Directions

    Cut the capsicum, onion, tomato in cubes and keep aside

    Similarly cut the cottage cheese in cube shape

  • 03

    In a pan take a tsp of olive oil and saute the cottage cheese for one min

  • 04

    Add a little pepper and salt to the cottage cheese

  • 05

    Mix the chopped vegetables with the cottage cheese

  • 06

    Toss it for one min

  • 07

    Then add the remaining ingredients lettuce, flax seeds, walnuts, red paprika and Italian seasoning

    You can serve the salad chilled or at room temperature
