Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups cooked pasta


  • 1 nos medium size onion


  • 1/2 nos red capsicum


  • 5-6 nos lettuce leaves


  • 1 nos medium size tomato


  • 50 gms cottage cheese


  • 5-6 nos crushed walnuts


  • 1 tbsp flax seeds


  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • 2 tsp salt and peppers( more or less as per taste )


  • 1 nos red paprika sachet and italian seasoning

Directions

  • Cut the capsicum, onion, tomato in cubes and keep aside
  • Similarly cut the cottage cheese in cube shape
  • In a pan take a tsp of olive oil and saute the cottage cheese for one min
  • Add a little pepper and salt to the cottage cheese
  • Mix the chopped vegetables with the cottage cheese
  • Toss it for one min
  • Then add the remaining ingredients lettuce, flax seeds, walnuts, red paprika and Italian seasoning
  • You can serve the salad chilled or at room temperature
