Ingredients
Serves 2
Cooked Pasta 2 cups
Medium Size Onion 1 nos
Red Capsicum 1/2 nos
Lettuce Leaves 5-6 nos
Medium Size Tomato 1 nos
Cottage Cheese 50 gms
Crushed Walnuts 5-6 nos
Flax Seeds 1 tbsp
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Salt and peppers( more or less as per taste ) 2 tsp
Red Paprika Sachet and Italian Seasoning 1 nos
Directions
Cut the capsicum, onion, tomato in cubes and keep aside
Similarly cut the cottage cheese in cube shape
In a pan take a tsp of olive oil and saute the cottage cheese for one min
Add a little pepper and salt to the cottage cheese
Mix the chopped vegetables with the cottage cheese
Toss it for one min
Then add the remaining ingredients lettuce, flax seeds, walnuts, red paprika and Italian seasoning
You can serve the salad chilled or at room temperature
