Cut the capsicum, onion, tomato in cubes and keep aside
Similarly cut the cottage cheese in cube shape
In a pan take a tsp of olive oil and saute the cottage cheese for one min
Add a little pepper and salt to the cottage cheese
Mix the chopped vegetables with the cottage cheese
Toss it for one min
Then add the remaining ingredients lettuce, flax seeds, walnuts, red paprika and Italian seasoning
You can serve the salad chilled or at room temperature
