Ingredients

Serves 1

  • Ragi/Nachni 3/4 cups

  • Oats 1/4 cups

  • Almonds 3-4 nos

  • Jaggery 1/4 cups

  • Water / milk as per consistency desired 1/2 - 1 cups

Directions

    Dry roast oats and blend it a mixture

  • 02

    Dry roast the ragi/ nachni flour and mix it with oats

  • 03

    Mix the above mixture with water or milk as per your desired consistency

  • 04

    Heat on flame for 10 mins stirring continuously to ensure no lumps are formed

  • 05

    Add more water if needed

  • 06

    Mix in the jaggery and stir the porridge continuously ensuring the jaggery melts

  • 07

    Remove the mixture from the flame

  • 08

    Blend the almond to dry powder and mix it it with the above mixture

  • 09

    Serve the porridge hot
