Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gms minced chicken


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 2 nos chopped green chillies


  • 1 tbsp chopped spring onions


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 1 cups outer dough,maida


  • 1/4 cups water


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 10 nos red chilly chutney,dry red chillies


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tsp chopped garlic


  • 1/2 tsp chopped ginger


  • 1 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 tbsp ketchup


  • 1 tsp refined oil

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients mentioned under "stuffing" and keep aside.
  • Now make a dough with Maida, water and salt
  • Roll out the dough very thin into small rounds, fill each round with little mixture. Crimp on one side and stick the other side of the round to get this shape.
  • Steam the momos in a steamer for 20 minutes . I have used bamboo steamer for the same.
  • For the red chilly chutney, soak the red chillies in hot water for 30 minutes.
  • Then remove the chillies and grind them into a paste
  • Heat some pan with oil, add the chopped garlic and ginger. Then add the paste and rest of the ingredients and cook for sometime till done..
