Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/4 cups for the stuffing, grated paneer


  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios


  • 1 tsp chopped garlic and ginger


  • 1 nos chopped green chillies


  • 1 tbsp boiled corns


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 3 tbsp outer covering, carrot paste


  • 2 tbsp besan


  • 1/4 cups maida


  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp butter


  • 1 tbsp white dipping sauce,cream


  • 2 tbsp yoghurt


  • 1/2 tsp grated garlic


  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder


  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients mentioned under "stuffing" and keep aside.
  • Mix all the ingredients mentioned under "outer covering" to form a dough. I did not add any extra water as carrots have enough water
  • Make small round and stuff the Paneer mixture and shape them.
  • Mix all the ingredients under "dipping sauce" to form a smooth sauce.
  • Assembly :Steam the Momos for 15 minutes and serve with the sauce.
