Carrot & Paneer Momos

Ingredients

1/4 cups for the stuffing, grated paneer
2 tbsp chopped pistachios
1 tsp chopped garlic and ginger
1 nos chopped green chillies
1 tbsp boiled corns
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp outer covering, carrot paste
2 tbsp besan
1/4 cups maida
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp butter
1 tbsp white dipping sauce,cream
2 tbsp yoghurt
1/2 tsp grated garlic
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all the ingredients mentioned under "stuffing" and keep aside.
Mix all the ingredients mentioned under "outer covering" to form a dough. I did not add any extra water as carrots have enough water
Make small round and stuff the Paneer mixture and shape them.
Mix all the ingredients under "dipping sauce" to form a smooth sauce.
Assembly :Steam the Momos for 15 minutes and serve with the sauce.
