Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 tbsp foxtail millet


  • 1 tbsp kodo millet


  • 1 tbsp banyard millet


  • 1 tbsp little milt


  • 1 tbsp pearl millet


  • 3 tbsp condensed milk


  • 1 cups milk


  • 1/2 cups jaggery


  • 1 pinch cardamom powder


  • 10 nos cashew,broken


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 4 cups water

Directions

  • Dry roast the millets in a pan
  • Wash them and soak them for 1/2 an hour in water.
  • Then boil them untill they cook soft. Cook in slow flame. Stir continuesly
  • Now to this add Jaggery ( powdered )
  • Mix the Jaggery to dissolve and add milk ( don't boil for more than half a minute ).Hot milk preferred.
  • Now add condensed milk and mix well.Remove off flame.
  • To this add ghee roasted cashew and cardamon powder.
  • Serve hot.
  • Taste amazing and is very healthy for kids especially.
