Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Foxtail Millet 1 tbsp

  • Kodo Millet 1 tbsp

  • Banyard Millet 1 tbsp

  • Little milt 1 tbsp

  • Pearl Millet 1 tbsp

  • Condensed Milk 3 tbsp

  • Milk 1 cups

  • Jaggery 1/2 cups

  • Cardamom Powder 1 pinch

  • Cashew,broken 10 nos

  • Ghee 1 tbsp

  • Water 4 cups

Directions

    Dry roast the millets in a pan

  • 02

    Wash them and soak them for 1/2 an hour in water.

    Then boil them untill they cook soft. Cook in slow flame. Stir continuesly

    Now to this add Jaggery ( powdered )

    Mix the Jaggery to dissolve and add milk ( don't boil for more than half a minute ).Hot milk preferred.

    Now add condensed milk and mix well.Remove off flame.

    To this add ghee roasted cashew and cardamon powder.

    Serve hot.

    Taste amazing and is very healthy for kids especially.
