Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups spinach


  • 1 tbsp pudina(chopped)


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves(chopped)


  • 2 nos green chillies


  • 1 nos onion(chopped)


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp refined oil/ghee


  • 1 cups cooked rice

Directions

  • Blanch the spinach leaves and drain them.Now make a paste of it with pudina, coriander leaves and green chillies. Keep aside.
  • Heat a kadhai with ghee/refined oil. Then add the chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
  • Now add the ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell is gone. Then add the powdered masalas, salt and stir.
  • After a few minutes, then add the spinach paste and saute till the masala leaves oil. Then add the cooked rice and mix. Check for salt and serve.
