Heat a wok, add some oil and little sugar. Then add the chopped ginger, garlic and chillies.
Add the chicken and saute on high flame. once little browned, add the veggies, salt and fry for another minute.
Add the chicken stock and cook till it boils.
Then add the soy sauce, vinegar, Cornflour dissolved in little water or stock. Once thickened, pour into a bowl, garnish with fried noodles.
