Make a dough of flour, carom seeds, oil & hot water.Keep rest for 15 mins
Heat oil , add cumin seeds & chopped onion.Saute it for a while.
Add beetroot paste , cover it & cook it well.Don't add water.
Add peanuts & adjust salt.
Now take a small ball from the dough & roll it.
Put 2tspn beetroot mixture in the centre of the kachori .
Now collect all the corners & make kachori like a potli.
Heat enough oil in a kadhai & deep fry it
Serve it hot with musterd sauce, tomato sauce & salad.
