Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 cups all purpose flour


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp carrom seeds


  • 2 cups oil


  • 2 nos beetroot


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 3 tsp peas


  • 3 tsp peanuts

Directions

  • Make a dough of flour, carom seeds, oil & hot water.Keep rest for 15 mins
  • Heat oil , add cumin seeds & chopped onion.Saute it for a while.
  • Add peas.
  • Add beetroot paste , cover it & cook it well.Don't add water.
  • Add peanuts & adjust salt.
  • Now take a small ball from the dough & roll it.
  • Put 2tspn beetroot mixture in the centre of the kachori .
  • Now collect all the corners & make kachori like a potli.
  • Heat enough oil in a kadhai & deep fry it
  • Serve it hot with musterd sauce, tomato sauce & salad.
