Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Multigrain Wheat 1 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil 5 tsp

  • Veggies(peas,capsicum,carrot,beans) 1 bowls

  • Boiled potato 1 nos

  • Paav Bhaji Masala 5 tsp

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Lemon juice 2 tsp

  • Butter 5 tsp

  • Grated Cheese 1 bowls

  • Coriander leaves 4 tbsp

Directions

    Make a dough of wheat,salt,oil & hot water.

    Cover it & keep aside

    Heat oil, add chopped onion,tomato, ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while.

    Add veggies & all spices.Mix it well & let it cook.

    Add boiled potato & mash the mixture with a masher.

    Add lemon juice & salt.

    Make the gravy almost dry.Add butter.

    Now roll a parantha from the dough.

    Heat butter & slightly fry the parantha.

  • 10

    Place the parantha in a plate , put 3tspn pav bhaji mixture on one side of the parantha.

    Spread lots cheese on it.

  • 12

    Now cover the parantha with the help of other side of it.

    Again heat butter & fry both side of the parantha till crisp.
