Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups multigrain wheat


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 5 tsp oil


  • 1 bowls veggies(peas,capsicum,carrot,beans)


  • 1 nos boiled potato


  • 5 tsp paav bhaji masala


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 2 tsp lemon juice


  • 5 tsp butter


  • 1 bowls grated cheese


  • 4 tbsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • Make a dough of wheat,salt,oil & hot water.
  • Cover it & keep aside
  • Heat oil, add chopped onion,tomato, ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while.
  • Add veggies & all spices.Mix it well & let it cook.
  • Add boiled potato & mash the mixture with a masher.
  • Add lemon juice & salt.
  • Make the gravy almost dry.Add butter.
  • Now roll a parantha from the dough.
  • Heat butter & slightly fry the parantha.
  • Place the parantha in a plate , put 3tspn pav bhaji mixture on one side of the parantha.
  • Spread lots cheese on it.
  • Now cover the parantha with the help of other side of it.
  • Again heat butter & fry both side of the parantha till crisp.
