Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Left over boiled rice 2 cups

  • Mix veggies(carrot,peas,capsicum,beans etc.) 2 cups

  • Schezwan sauce 2 tsp

  • Soya sauce 1 tsp

  • Tomato sauce 1 tsp

  • chopped onion 1 nos

  • chopped tomato 1 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Mint Leaves 6 nos

  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat oil, add cumin seeds & let it crackle

  • 02

    Add chopped onion, tomato & ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while

  • 03

    Add veggies & all spices.Mix it well , cover it & let it cook.

    Add all sauces & rice.Cover it & cook it for 5 to 7 mins.

    Adjust salt & if needed add 1/2tspn sugar.

  • 06

    Serve it hot with any chutney or masala curd.
