Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cups left over boiled rice


  • 2 cups mix veggies(carrot,peas,capsicum,beans etc.)


  • 2 tsp schezwan sauce


  • 1 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 tsp tomato sauce


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1 nos chopped tomato


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 6 nos mint leaves


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder

Directions

  • Heat oil, add cumin seeds & let it crackle
  • Add chopped onion, tomato & ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while
  • Add veggies & all spices.Mix it well , cover it & let it cook.
  • Add all sauces & rice.Cover it & cook it for 5 to 7 mins.
  • Adjust salt & if needed add 1/2tspn sugar.
  • Serve it hot with any chutney or masala curd.
