Ingredients

  • Bic Ginger And Nuts Energy Barunibic honey oatmeal cookies 75 gms

  • Walnuts 4 nos

  • Date,deseeded 5 nos

  • Flax Seeds 1 tbsp

  • Black Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp

  • White Sesame Seeds 1 nos

  • Ground Ginger 1/2 tsp

  • Cinnamon Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Nutmeg Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Butter 2 tsp

  • Honey 1 tbsp

  • Maple Syrup 1 tbsp

  • White and black sesame seeds for sprinkle over it 2 tsp

Directions

    Take Unibic Oats and Honey cookies in mixer jar and coarsaly grind it and keep aside it

    Take white and blake sesame seeds and flex seeds in a pan and roast it till plesant smell comes

    Now take deseeds dates,walnuts in mixer jar and grind half, now add roasted white and black sesame seeds and flex seeds and coarsly grind it and keep.aside it for next step

    Now melt butter in pan,add ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon powder and just heat it

    Add Oatmeal and honey cookies powder in it and mix well

    Add coarsely grind nuts mixture and mix well

    Do all things in low flame ,now add salt,honey and maple syrup in it and immediately switch of gas

    All mixture mix well and transfer this hot mixture in already greased tray

    Spread equally from all sides and sprinkle white and sesame seeds over it and tap it to set

    When it's half set cut in optional size and shape

    Now Bic Ginger and Nuts Energy Bar is ready to serve
