Ingredients

Serves 4

  •  Healthy Doughnuts powder of honey oatmeal cookies 2 tbsp

  • Whole Wheat Flour 1 cups

  • Yeast 1 tsp

  • Butter 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Sugar 3 tbsp

  • Warm Milk 1/2 cups

  • Baking Soda 1 pinch

  • Oil for Frying 1/2 litre

  • White 1/2 cups

  • Dark Compound Chocolate 1/2 cups

  • Mix Sprinklers to garnish 1/2 cups

Directions

    First add all ingredients in flour except milk and oil.

    Mix nicely with the tips of your fingers.It will become like breadcrumbs.

    Now add milk slowly and keep kneading the dough.

    when dough becomes sticky keep aside.

    After 10 minutes again knead and release the air from the dough. Now dough will become smooth.

    Now keep it at warm place for 3 hours to rise.

    After 3 hours again pinch the dough so that air can release.

    Now give the shape of doughnuts to dough and deep fry at slow flame.

    Fry till golden brown.

    Fry all doughnuts and keep aside to cool.

    Now Melt both chocolate separately for 1 Minute in microwave.

    Now drizzle chocolate on doughnuts and decorate with sprinklers.

    Yummy and healthy doughnuts are ready to Enjoy.
