First make powder of Unibic Doosra Chilli Cookies in grinding jar and keep aside it
In a bowl take all-purpose flour,Doosra chiili cookie powder,salt,pizza seasoning,milk powder, baking powder and black pepper powder and mix well
Now add pizza sauce,grated cheese,buttermilk and butter in it and mix well
If need add more cold buttermilk in mixture and prepare a soft dough
Now placed this mixture in already greased baking tray in small batch with help of spoon
And bake this in preheated oven at 180* for 15 to 18 minutes or till done
Meanwhile take pizza cheese in grinding jar and keep side
At time serve take 2 pizza flavour cookie filled with cheese place cut vegetables,sprinkle some red chilli flakes,heat in oven,when done keep out and serve
Now Bic Pizza Cookie Sandwich is ready to serve
