Unibic Cookie and dry Fruit Energy Bar

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 6 nos unibic choco chip cookies


  • 1/4 cups walnuts


  • 1/4 cups almonds


  • 1/4 cups sliced pistachios


  • 1/4 cups raisins


  • 8 nos soft dates(seeds removed)


  • 6 nos apricot,cut into pieces

Directions

  • Take unibic choco chip cookies, walnuts, almonds, pistachios, raisins, dates and apricots in a food processor and pulse for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • When the nuts and cookies have reduced in size and become slightly sticky, remove from the processor into a clean plastic sheet.
  • Form a rectangle shape and gently press with your hand.
  • Wrap tightly with the plastic sheet and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours so that the energy bar sets and holds its shape.
  • Take it out out and cut into pieces.
  • No cook energy bars are ready to be served.
