Ingredients
Serves 4
Walnuts 1/4 cups
Almonds 1/4 cups
Sliced Pistachios 1/4 cups
Raisins 1/4 cups
Soft Dates(Seeds Removed) 8 nos
Apricot,cut into pieces 6 nos
Directions
Take unibic choco chip cookies, walnuts, almonds, pistachios, raisins, dates and apricots in a food processor and pulse for 2 to 3 minutes.
When the nuts and cookies have reduced in size and become slightly sticky, remove from the processor into a clean plastic sheet.
Form a rectangle shape and gently press with your hand.
Wrap tightly with the plastic sheet and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours so that the energy bar sets and holds its shape.
Take it out out and cut into pieces.
No cook energy bars are ready to be served.
