Ingredients

  • Unibic Dry fruit laddoos unibic pista badam cookies 15 nos

  • Dates,deseeded and chopped 8-10 nos

  • Almonds/Badam 2 tbsp

  • Small Pistachios 2 tbsp

  • Raisins 2 tbsp

  • Cashews 2 tbsp

  • Whole Dry Figs ,chopped 4 nos

  • Desiccated Coconut 1 tbsp

  • Green cardamoms powdered 2 nos

  • Khus khus / posto dana/poppy seeds 1 tsp

Directions

    Grind the Unibic pista badam cookies to a coarse powder.

  • 02

    In a dry grinder add the chopped dates, figs, raisins, almonds, desiccated coconut and elaichi powder.

    Add the cashews and grind to a roughly coarse mixture and take out the mixture in a bowl.

    Add the cookie powder and khus khus and mix well

  • 05

    Make small balls with your greased palms and the tasty and healthy unibic dry fruit ladoos are ready.

    Serve the dry fruits ladoos to your loved ones.

    Can also store in an air tight container and use as and when required.

  • 08

    Dry fruits ladoo stays good for a week so ideal for gifting purpose also.
