Ingredients

Serves 5

  • doosra chilly zeera cookies,powdered 75 gms

  • Hung Curd 1 cups

  • Grated Cottage Cheese 1/2 cups

  • Finely Chopped Green Chillies 1/2 tsp

  • chopped garlic 1/2 tsp

  • Sugar 1 pinch

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Finely Chopped Coraiander 2 tbsp

  • Finely Chopped Mint Leaves 2 tbsp

  • Fennel Seeds Powder 1 tsp

  • Ghee 1 tbsp

  • Roasted Chana dal powder 2 tbsp

  • Corn Meal (makki ka aata) 2 tsp

  • Oil for deep frying 1/2 litre

  • Ice-Cream Sticks 5 nos

Directions

    Combine the curd, cookies powder, cottage cheese, green chillies, garlic, sugar, salt, coriander, mint leaves and fennel seeds powder in a bowl and mix very well.

    Keep aside this mixture .

    Heat ghee in a pan, add the chana dal powder, ready curd mixture and cornmeal in it.

    Cook it till the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan. It will look like a dough.

    At this stage switch off the flame and Keep aside the mixture to cool completely .

    When mixture cools down Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into pop shape on sticks .

    Heat the oil in a pan and deep-fry the pops till they are golden brown in colour from all sides.

    Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with sauce of your choice.

    Yummy pops are ready to Enjoy.
