Hung Curd 1 cups
Grated Cottage Cheese 1/2 cups
Finely Chopped Green Chillies 1/2 tsp
chopped garlic 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 pinch
Salt 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Coraiander 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Mint Leaves 2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds Powder 1 tsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Roasted Chana dal powder 2 tbsp
Corn Meal (makki ka aata) 2 tsp
Oil for deep frying 1/2 litre
Ice-Cream Sticks 5 nos
Combine the curd, cookies powder, cottage cheese, green chillies, garlic, sugar, salt, coriander, mint leaves and fennel seeds powder in a bowl and mix very well.
Keep aside this mixture .
Heat ghee in a pan, add the chana dal powder, ready curd mixture and cornmeal in it.
Cook it till the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan. It will look like a dough.
At this stage switch off the flame and Keep aside the mixture to cool completely .
When mixture cools down Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into pop shape on sticks .
Heat the oil in a pan and deep-fry the pops till they are golden brown in colour from all sides.
Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with sauce of your choice.
