Coarsely Grind unibic cookies in a grinder
In a bowl combine cookie powder, cocoa powder and sugar and mix well.
Add milk and whisk until sugar is dissolved.
Stir in heavy cream and vanilla essence
Mix very well with a blender so that it becomes very creamy and gooey.
Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze at least for 2 hours.
Take it out and give a good churning in the mixer.
Again set it back in the freezer.
Repeat the process once more after an hour.
Now let the ice cream set in the freezer for at least 6-7 hours or overnight.
Prior to serving, let ice cream sit at room temp for 3 minutes to soften enough for easy scooping.
Garnish the icecreams scoops with any thing like chocolate syrup, sweet wafers , Choco cookies, etc
Enjoy the creamy unibic chocolate ice cream endlessly.
