Creamy Unibic Chocolate ice cream

  • 15 nos unibic choco ripple cookies

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 cups white fine sugar

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 2 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 1/2 cups full cream evaporated milk


  • Coarsely Grind unibic cookies in a grinder
  • In a bowl combine cookie powder, cocoa powder and sugar and mix well.
  • Add milk and whisk until sugar is dissolved.
  • Stir in heavy cream and vanilla essence
  • Mix very well with a blender so that it becomes very creamy and gooey.
  • Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze at least for 2 hours.
  • Take it out and give a good churning in the mixer.
  • Again set it back in the freezer.
  • Repeat the process once more after an hour.
  • Now let the ice cream set in the freezer for at least 6-7 hours or overnight.
  • Prior to serving, let ice cream sit at room temp for 3 minutes to soften enough for easy scooping.
  • Garnish the icecreams scoops with any thing like chocolate syrup, sweet wafers , Choco cookies, etc
  • Enjoy the creamy unibic chocolate ice cream endlessly.
