  • 4 cups flour(more to dust)

  • 1 cups sugar

  • 4 tsp baking powder

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

  • 2 nos eggs

  • 1/4 cups unsalted butter,melted

  • 1 cups milk

  • 100 gms cooking chocolate

  • 3 nos unibic choco ripple cookies

  • 20 gms condensed milk

  • 2 cups oil

  • 2 tbsp cream,to garnish


  • Beat eggs,milk and melted butter well.
  • In a large bowl mix sugar,baking powder along with sugar and nutmeg.Mix the beated eggs to this
  • Add on 3 cups of flour,continue to beat this until blended.After this add on 1 more cup of flour and beat well.
  • Remember the dough should be soft,sticky but firm to handle.
  • Cover the dough in plastic wrap and chill for an hour.
  • Heat oil in heavy bottom pan. Remove dough from fridge.
  • Working half the dough at a time, roll it out on a floured surface to about half inch thickness. Cut out circles using a doughnut cutter or large biscuit or cookie cutter.
  • Gently drop the doughnuts in batches into the hot oil. Flip them over as they puff and turn them a couple more times as they cook. They will take about 2-3 minutes in total and will be lovely and golden brown all over.
  • Remove from the oil and set them on paper towels or brown paper bag
  • Topping:Mix cooking chocolate , condensed milk and crushed choco ripple cookies .
  • Top the doughnuts with the topping pour some cream over the doughnuts to garnish and Serve .
