In a bowl add all purpose flour, baking powder,salt,and sugar and mix well
Take full Unibic milk cookie packet in mixer jar and make powder if it
Now transfer this powder in all purpose flour bowl
Add one by one egg in it and mix with light pressure
Add oil, vanilla essence and coloured sugar sprinkle in it and mix
Now devide of equal size amount in with spoon and placed in already greased baking tray
And bake it in preheated oven at 180* for 15 minutes
When done and cool place a full spoon of icecream or vanilla frosting and cover all sides with sprinkles for garnish
Now cookie cake is ready to serve
