Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 2 nos for vanilla flavour,butter cubes


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 nos unibic scotch finger packet


  • 3 tsp all purpose flour


  • 3/4 cups water


  • 2 nos eggs


  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • 2 nos for chocolate flavour,butter cubes


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 nos unibic choco ripple cookies packet


  • 2 tsp cocoa powder


  • 2 tsp all purpose flour


  • 3/4 cups water


  • 2 nos eggs


  • 2 tsp coloured sugar sprinkle for garnish

Directions

  • First make powder of Unibic Scotch finger and Choco Ripple Cookies separately in mixer and keep both in separate bowl and keep aside it
  • Now take butter in pan add water,suger and salt in it,when boiled add maida and Scotch finger powder and mix nicely
  • When mix nicely keep aside it for cool
  • Now take butter in another pan add sugar,water and salt in it and when boil add cocoa powder,maida and Unibic Choco Ripple Cookies powder in it and mix well,when done switch off gas,let it to cool
  • In other hand,take Scotch finger dough,now add egg one by one and vanilla extract in it and mix well and prepare a smooth dough of it
  • Like this,when Choco Ripple Cookie dough is cool add eggs one by one and mix well and also prepare a smooth dough
  • Now take a piping bag and filled both dough sepraetly carefully in bag,and greased the baking dish with butter and make cup over it with dough
  • Now baked the cup in preheated oven at 180* for 25 minutes or till done
  • When it cool,keep in fridge for 20 to 30 minutes for set
  • Now churros cup is ready to serve the icecream.
