Crush or Gently break the chocolate cookies into powder form and keep aside
Melt the butter and the powder mix,You can also use butter cookies(optional).
Preheat oven to 180 degree.
When the butter and chocolate start to melt, turn the heat off and let them melt gently using the residual heat of the water. When they’re all melted together, leave to one side to cool slightly.
Meanwhile, crack in the eggs
Toss the nuts in the flour,then fold the nutty flour into the mix
Finally, stir in the melted chocolate mixture, mixing just enough to combine.
Flump your mixture into a lined tin – something like a lasagne tin is perfect
Bake for 35 minutes until cracked and shiny on top and delightfully squish worthy inside.
Let the cake cool and have it
