Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour


  • 10 nos unibic cashew cookies


  • 1 cups whip cream powder


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence


  • 2 nos cherry


  • 2 nos eggs


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 1 cups powdered sugar


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions

  • In a large bowl beat eggs until fluffy and add powdered sugar and mix well.
  • Add milk slowly by 3 addition.
  • Add vanilla essence.
  • crush unibic cashew nut cookies and mix it with flour.
  • Now add this mixture with a spoon and fold it completely by 3 additions.
  • The batter should be not too thick but in the pouring consistency.
  • Grease the cake tin with oil and flour.
  • bake it for 40-45 minutes in the pre-heated oven
