    Coarsely grind the unibic biscuit pieces or gently break them with your fingers.

    Add on grated carrot along with sugar,coffee powder,baking soda and baking powder to the mix.Keep aside.

    Preheat the Oven to 350 degree F .Also grease and flour 8 inch baking pan.

    Take biscuit mix in a mixing bowl and add milk little by little.Mix it until batter like consistency.

    Now transfer this batter to baking tray.

    Bake it for 25 min.

    Insert a tooth pick in the side of the cake , if it comes out clean, it means the cake is ready. If the tooth pick is not clean, we need to bake it some more time.
